Board Updates
1. We hosted two evenings of studying and singing the psalms with Rev. Peter Holtvlüwer, Dr. Michael Kearney, and local pastors in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids on May 15 and 16.
2. Submissions closed on June 1 for The Outlook’s undergraduate and seminarian essay competitions. Look for winning essays in upcoming Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec issues.
3. We continue to seek nominees for board members, especially nominees with experience in promotions and development.
The Outlook Editor Announcement
The board of Reformed Fellowship has selected Dr. Michael Kearney as the next editor of The Outlook. Dr. Kearney is an assistant professor of communication at Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA, and a member of Redeemer United Reformed Church in Orange City, IA. He has contributed regularly to The Outlook since 2014 and has been a board member of Reformed Fellowship since 2021. Dr. Kearney’s responsibilities will begin August 1.
The board thanks outgoing editor Mr. Dan Van Dyke for a decade of faithful service and Rev. Dr. Andrew Compton for his gracious assistance as interim editor.

75th Anniversary Banquet
We will celebrate 75 years of God’s faithfulness to Reformed Fellowship with an anniversary gala to be hosted at Bethany United Reformed Church in Wyoming, MI, on Friday, September 25, 2026.
