Reformed Fellowship February 2024 Newsletter
Board Updates
- We sent 50 copies of Sacred Bond: Covenant Theology Explored by Michael G. Brown and Zach Keele to Edinburgh Theological Seminary for distribution at a conference last fall. Dr. Zac Purvis writes, “We appreciate this so much and are really looking forward to putting these resources into the hands of folks here in Scotland at our conference! It will be a delight to see how God may continue to use them!”
- The Editorial and Publications Committee is planning to expand Reformed Fellowship’s Bible study collection with the eventual hope of covering all books of the Bible.
- At the January meeting, the Board of Directors reelected the outgoing president, vice president, secretary, and vice-all to another year of service. We have not yet filled the role of treasurer. If you are interested in serving in this capacity or have any recommendations, please call us.

From the President’s Desk
A new year has begun and with it some new changes as well as some continuations of the old. One change is a careful reading and update of Reformed Fellowship’s articles of incorporation and bylaws. The revision upholds our purpose and mission while trying to bring the actions of the board into conformity with the requirements of a membership-driven organization. The revised bylaws emphasize that the board of Reformed Fellowship depends upon all members of the organization for direction and support!
If you are already a member of Reformed Fellowship, this means two things:
- You will be receiving a copy of the proposed adjustments for your review.
- A meeting of Reformed Fellowship’s membership will be called to ratify the proposed changes. The Executive Committee will be in contact regarding details of the meeting.
If you are not yet a member of Reformed Fellowship, consider becoming one. Membership is open to anyone who subscribes to the Reformed confessions and supports Reformed Fellowship with a gift of at least $20 per year.
We welcome your comments. If you see topics that you want to be addressed, topics that are current and are affecting our churches and members, please drop us a note.
In His service,
Al Rumph, Board President
