Board Updates

1. We approved a request to translate Sacred Bond: Covenant Theology Explored by Michael G. Brown and Zach Keele into the Czech language.

2. We approved a church partnership program (see below).

3. We are discussing a theme and special features to celebrate Reformed Fellowship’s 75th anniversary in 2026.

Undergraduate Essay Competition Winners

We are pleased to share the winners of Reformed Fellowship’s Spring 2025 college essay competition.

First place: Sophie Memmelaar, Dordt University - “Anxiety to Peace”
Sophie recently completed her freshman year at Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA. She is blessed to have grown up in a Christian home and in the Escondido United Reformed church in Escondido, CA.

Second place: Jillian Fisher, Dordt University - “Aid, Dependency, and Cultural Humility: A Reformed Christian Perspective on Global Engagement”

Jillian Fisher is a senior at Dordt University studying biology, chemistry, and criminal justice to work in forensic science after graduating.

Both of these winning essays will appear in the September/October 2025 issue of The Outlook. Congratulations, Sophie and Jillian!

Church Partnership Program

We appreciate the congregations that have informally supported our ministry for many years, including taking offerings, hosting events, or even providing office and storage space. This new model provides a more formal way to structure and recognize that support.

Participating churches take at least one offering for Reformed Fellowship per year, pay for at least one Reformed Fellowship membership (pastor or other designee), and order at least five annual subscriptions to The Outlook.

Reformed Fellowship will give these churches a 30% discount on Reformed Fellowship publications, a 20% discount on bulk subscriptions to The Outlook (10 or more), a full library of e-books to the pastor (or another designated Reformed Fellowship member), and a review copy of each newly published book to the pastor.

The discounts apply to books published by Reformed Fellowship only, not books and catechism curricula that Reformed Fellowship distributes.
